Before a single screw is turned, we create a health record of the watch exactly as it arrived.
Common questions
How often does a mechanical watch need servicing?
Most mechanical watches benefit from a complete service every three to five years. If the daily rate changes by more than ten seconds, winding feels rough, or six years have passed, arrange an examination even if it still runs.
Can I send a watch from another city?
Yes. Contact a client advisor for intake registration and insured transport before shipping. Final scope is confirmed after the watch arrives.
Will original parts be replaced?
Only when worn or unsafe. Each stage is photographed, substitutions are explained, and replaced components are returned at handover except where case construction prevents it.
Are you an authorised brand service centre?
Hengdeli Repair & Care is an independent horological service house. We do not claim official authorisation for any maison. If your watch remains under manufacturer warranty, confirm its terms with the brand first.
